CLUBHOUSE SPECIALS FOR THE WEEK OF AUGUST 12-15

Wednesday, Aug. 12 and Thursday, Aug. 13:

LUNCH: Pastrami Reuben. Thin sliced pastrami, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese, served hot with thousand island dressing on toasted marble rye with a choice of side.  $13                                                                         
DINNER: Grilled Polenta. Large polenta cake grilled and topped with pesto sauce, toasted pine nuts, fresh Roma tomatoes, feta cheese, basil chiffonade, drizzled with balsamic reduction, served with sauteed vegetables  $15                                                   

Friday, Aug. 14 and Saturday, Aug. 15:

LUNCH: BBQ Brisket Sliders. Slow-cooked beef brisket in our own Honey Jack BBQ sauce with tangy coleslaw on three toasted brioche buns  No side.  $9

DINNER: Scallop Fra Diavolo. Large sea scallops sautéed in a spicy tomato sauce with shallots, sweet peppers, fresh herbs and a splash of white wine. Finished with basil chiffonade, served over linguine   $25
