Wednesday, July 1 and Thursday, July 2:

LUNCH: Indian Taco. Seasoned ground beef, fresh corn salsa, shredded lettuce and sour cream on warm naan flatbread with a choice of a side.  $9

DINNER: Chicken Pad Thai. Sautéed chicken, squash, bean sprouts, peanuts and fresh cilantro in a Thai curry sauce tossed with rice noodles.  $17

Friday, July 3:

LUNCH : Pulled Bacon Sliders. Shredded, crisp bacon served on three mini brioche buns with lettuce, tomato – an amazing twist on the BLT! (no side).  $10

DINNER: Lobster Mac & Cheese. Macaroni tossed with chunks of rock lobster, garlic, green onions, creamy Gruyere and sharp Cheddar cheese with a crispy bread crumb crust (no side).  $21

Saturday, July 4:

DURING LUNCH AND DINNER | Barbecue Chicken.Chicken thigh and leg, smothered in Honey Jack barbecue sauce with ranch style beans, corn on the cob and watermelon.  $12
