LOP Kids Summer Day Camp

Week one has been cancelled due to lack of registration. Holiday Camp- June 12-16: Camp week includes favorite holidays at LOP, Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Easter/Spring fun, Halloween, Christmas and more. Join us for a fun filled week of holiday crafts, holiday food, dressing up, an egg hunt, snow ball fight, games and other fun with the different Holidays.

7 Spots left.This week will run as planned. Build My World- June 19-23: Join us for building with Legos and other mediums, games, Science themed experiments like slime, make your own inventions, build an obstacle course, team challenges and more. This is a very hands on camp week for those who love to create, build, and love to experiment.

Camp at Camp- Week June 26-30: How would you like to learn to fish, go for a nature walk, sing a camp song or two, make s 'mores and camp favorite "worms in dirt" snack, nature crafts, paint pet rocks, build your own trail mix, bird watching, make bird feeder, make Tie-Dye and other camp activities. We will even have July fourth themed activities to end the first 3 week s of camp out with a bang.

Break Week, no camp July 3-7.

Shipwrecked- July 10-14: We can build boats for a boat race, learn about sailing, swimming safety, take inflatable's to the lake swimming area, life jackets required. Search for Pirate treasure, talk like a Pirate, and tell Pirate Jokes.

Art Week- July 17-21: We do arts and crafts every week at camp but this week is for those who truly love to be creative! We will use different mediums and techniques, explore color, and create unique masterpieces individually and together, experiment with how to create art from re-cycled items, make jewelry and other crafts. Awaken your inner artist and come create with us!

Best of the Best- July 24-28: Camp mash up week! Missed a week of camp? Join us for the best of the best week, a combination of our favorite activities from the previous weeks of camp voted on by our previous week's campers. If you can only attend one week of camp, don't miss this one!

Daily Schedule Example:

9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.  Camper arrive,check in, weekly theme overview, crafts

10:15-10:30 a.m.  Snack, bathroom breaks, take kids to swim lessons if signed up.

10:30 a.m -12:00 p.m. Outdoor play, games, activities, or sports

12:00-12:30 p.m. Lunch, water break,reminder to kids to apply sunscreen if needed

12:30 -2:00 p.m. scheduled activities and crafts

2:00-4:00 p.m. clean up, bathroom break, reminder re-apply sunscreen, get ready to swim at the Pool.

4:00 p.m. Parents pick up at the pool.

Ages: 7-11

Camp Hours: 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. at the Yacht Lounge

Please note:

Member or Associate Members pay "Member" Rates for Kids Camp.

Visiting grandchildren or friends of members are considered "Guests of Members" and pay the Guest of Member rate.


Camp Cost $150.00 per week session, per child for Members, or $40 per day to drop in.

Guests of Members are $175.00 per weekly session, per child, no daily rate.

Camp is limited to 15 participants per week.


Registration Forms are available in the Admin. Office, please turn in all completed paperwork with payment to the  Admin. Office. Cash or Check to "LOP" only.

The Sports Lounge Bar will be open during scheduled classes for refreshments.
 LOP Fitness and Dance Classes

The Sports and Activities Club Sponsors Aerobics and Line Dancing,Tai Chi and much more! The Siders sponsor Salsa Classes. Check out the club pages for more information. Check the Community Calendar for dates and times of classes. Some classes have fees and it varies by class, contact each club for more information and for what to bring.

Children Group Lessons: 1 hour @ $8.00 per lesson/paid monthly or Drop-in @$10.00 per lesson

Adult Group Lessons: 1 hour @$10.00 per lesson /paid monthly or Drop-in $12.00 per lesson

Cardio Tennis Classes: 1 hour @ $7.00 per lesson/paid monthly or Drop-in $9.00 per lesson
