Registration Information for 2010

Thank you for your interest in the 2010 Lake of the Pines Triathlon. We are implementing a revised registration process this year. Due to the increasing popularity of this event and our limited space and facilities, we are only able to accommodate Lake of the Pines Members and Guests invited directly by LOP Members.

LOP residents must obtain the PIN required for registration on Active.com. You will need to request the PIN via www.lop.org (after May 1st).  Please allow time (approx. 3 business days) to obtain that pre-registration password prior to the registration deadline on Active.com.  The pre-registration will end approximately August 22, 2010 or when registration is full. Active.com registration will end approximately August 28th, or when registration is full.

Please take a moment to contact and assist with registration any of your relatives/friends who have participated in the past. They may not know of this new process for registering. 

The Member will need to request the PIN for their guests via www.lop.org (after May 1st). Please keep in mind you will also be responsible for arranging for guest entry into LOP on race day.

ENTRY FEES

Race Requirements/Definitions:

• Age Group Discounts. The intention here is to 1) encourage our younger and older age groups to participate in this event, and 2) to help make it easier on families with multiple entries to participate.
• Space is limited for all three events.
• All LOP Registrations will be handled from now on through the active.com internet registration web site.  Prior to registering on Active.com, the Member will need to Pre-Register with LOP to obtain a PIN for Active.com   Refer to the direct link above.
• Anyone registering as an LOP Resident must, be a resident/member and have an LOP address and use the unique PIN received from LOP.  Guests of Residents/members must have the member complete the pre-registration form to obtain the Guest PIN for use on Active.com
• For relays only one member of relay need be an LOP resident to qualify for residency discount.
• No refunds .
• Entries are limited and registration may close at anytime when capacity is reached.
