Guest Card Renewals:
All guest cards issued to odd numbered lots expired on June 30.  Please renew guest cards at the Gate Access Office.  Renewal fee for odd numbered lots is $1.75.  Your guest does not need to accompany you to Gate Access. Gate Access Hours:  Monday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. / Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. / Friday-Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Questions: 268-8102

Boat Registrations: 

Administration will be closed Friday July 3. If you need to register a boat for use on July 4, please arrange to do so by Thursday, July 2.Deadline for boat inspection appointments with Public Safety is Wednesday, July 1.

Lake & Pond Treatments:

Selected areas of the lake will be treated during the week of June 22 -26 with Applied Biochemists Cutrine Ultra (EPA Reg. # 8959-53) for the purpose of algae control. Please stay out of the water during the application, no further restrictions apply.


Huck Finn Pond will be treated during the week of June 22-26 with Applied Biochemists Cutrine Ultra (EPA Reg. # 8959-53) and Syngenta Reward (EPA Reg. # 100-1091) for the purpose of Algae and weed control. Please stay out of water during application. No other restrictions apply.

Gate Access Office Hours:
The new Gate Access Office hours are: Monday: 10:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. & Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Resident Directory: Important Notice
Updating your member information on the website directory does not alter a member's address of record for official Association mailings and notices required by law. To update your address of record, you must contact LOP administration at 268-1141.

Online Guest Registration:
To locate this feature, sign in to www.lop.org using your login and password and click on the "Guest Entry" link to navigate to the registration form.

The Association requires that all guests be registered with Public Safety when entering Lake of the Pines. To avoid delays at the gate and any inconveniences please complete the online registration form at least 12 hours before your guest is scheduled to arrive. If you are within this time frame, please call the gate at (530) 268-1135 instead of using online registration feature.

Parking Decals:
Parking decals for member vehicles without a bar code are available at the Gate Access office for a $5.00 fee. This decal allows member vehicles not displaying a bar code to park in "member only" restricted areas at parks and beaches.
